I started out as an experienced intuitive practitioner trying to find the business coach who was the right fit for me. I quickly realized that I needed to find a coach or mentor who had everything I needed to help build my business so I wouldn't have to waste time and energy trying to figure everything out on my own.

Like many Lightworkers, my ultimate goal was to up-level my holistic practice so I could reach more clients and help more people.

The thing is, I was piecing together my own business coaching programs from group programs, online products, and a parade of expensive coaches that I worked with over the years. I was struggling to make other people’s systems fit, which was slowing down my ability to intuitively find my best way to reach more clients and help more people.

To make things worse, I felt like a flake going from shiny object to shiny object trying to find the perfect combination of business guidance. What made me feel even worse was that I was wasting a ton of time, money, and energy on those shiny objects.

I felt like a failure because I came from a professional background. I helped engineer the Space Shuttle and was a hospital executive with 100’s of employees and a $100 million budget.

The problem was that I had spent tens of thousands of dollars on business programs and mentors that offered false promises of success and lacked integrity (something that was extremely important to me as an intuitive healer). Suddenly, this meant I was both in serious debt, and my business still wasn't growing the way I thought it should, which tanked my self-esteem and confidence.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

During a call with an accountability buddy, I brainstormed what it would be like to provide the perfect business coaching program for Lightworkers, holistic practitioners, and spiritual entrepreneurs like myself!

It became crystal clear how to create an energy-aware business coaching program specifically for Lightworkers that included all of the parts that worked and nothing that didn’t. I saw how holistic practitioners could have thriving practices that aligned with their energetic styles without giving up the integrity of their professional work.

I also learned that cookie-cutter, out-of-the-box programs don't work for spiritual entrepreneurs. You need to blend intuition, energy, and mindset with business-building basics instead.

As a result, I designed what this program would look like.

Then I started thinking about how I could make a difference in the businesses of spiritual entrepreneurs so they could turn their passion for healing into a profitable practice.

Suddenly, I came up with a unique, customizable three-part approach to helping Lightworkers shine the light on their businesses.

That’s when I realized that the secret to finding the business coach who was the right fit for Lightworkers must blend mindset, intuition, and energy work with business-building basics.

So, I decided to offer free sessions to a few spiritual entrepreneurs I knew to introduce them to my three-part intuitive approach and to see if this new type of business coaching would help them.

But I didn’t stop there.

I then created a simple website to schedule strategy calls and showcase the coaching program.

After that, I announced my program on social media and to my individual email lists.

But there was still a problem...

I didn't have any paying clients. No matter how many free strategy sessions, informative webinars, or social media ads I did, no one was knocking on the door to coach with me. I had all of the working parts of the business pulled together, so what was missing?

Suddenly, I got an intuitive hit that I was missing a crucial part of my three-part process, a part that was essential to align me to success. It was the energy work!

I realized that I needed to walk my talk and practice the intuitive energy techniques that are a crucial piece of my process. And what do you know? It worked!

After welcoming my first paying business client just a week later, I finally named the program the Genius Journey Business Mastermind.

With firsthand proof that my three-part process works, I started sharing with other Lightworkers, holistic practitioners, and spiritual entrepreneurs about how Lights On Business and the Genius Journey Business Mastermind can help their healing practices thrive using business-building fundamentals, business mindset management, and intuitive energy alignment.

Since the beginning of 2020, I've welcomed many clients into the Genius Journey Business Mastermind, all during COVID and everything that happened during that year. In fact, my clients are now welcoming their own ideal clients and are manifesting monthly incomes to support their families and lives. We're living proof that anything is possible!
